Xoutput relies on the driver to create the virtual Xbox 360 controller. Version 0.11 is compatible with ViGEmBus version 1.16.116 or later. If you haven't installed this driver, the tool will fail. Run the ViGEmBus_Setup.exe (usually included or available separately) and reboot your PC.
