Goal kicking is the most unique mechanic in Rugby 08 because it completely abandons movement keys and replaces them with precision controls.

Before remapping anything, you must understand the default configuration. EA Sports assumed players used the left hand for selection and the right hand for actions. Here is the vanilla setup:

When a scrum is called, the screen changes to a vertical slider.
