Therefore, the primary strategy for a new Warden should be to unlock the Guard Quarters and relevant staff upgrades first. Hiring guards and secretaries to manage the day-to-day control allows Karryn the freedom to explore without constant interruption. Balancing the budget is critical; players should aim to end each day with a small surplus, reinvesting funds into facilities that reduce prisoner fatigue and aggression rather than those that purely generate gold.
